Here at the Great Northern, we’re all about offering great tasting dishes at affordable prices. The Head Chef has put the emphasis firmly on providing great pub fare, bringing things back to basics with a real, home-made feel. Even in the kitchen, beer is a major focus, with our fish and chips using 2 Brothers' 2013 award winning "TAXI" Pilsner in the batter, and Fixation IPA in our house-made bangers 'n' mash.

The start of the week is perfect for those needing a good feed that’s not heavy on the pocket. Monday nights offer $14 chicken parmas, Tuesday offers $14 rump steaks, and Thursday is our brand new $15 burger night. We end the week with a Sunday roast, which changes weekly.
